These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Adam Belghazi, operating as Paw Minds (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By purchasing any digital protocols, toolkits, or accessing our community via Whop, you explicitly agree to be bound by these terms.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY & NO GUARANTEED OUTCOMES

The frameworks, protocols, and materials provided by Paw Minds are for educational purposes only. We provide behavioral and spatial frameworks for dog handlers; we do not provide localized, one-on-one professional dog training or veterinary medical advice. Animal behavior is biological and unpredictable. While our systems are built on proven behavioral mechanics, Paw Minds does not guarantee specific behavioral cures, timelines, or results. Your success depends entirely on your execution, environmental management, and your dog's unique neurobiology.

3. ABSOLUTE ASSUMPTION OF RISK & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Working with and handling a highly reactive, aggressive, or fearful dog carries inherent physical risks, including but not limited to leash burn, falls, bites, property damage, or injury to humans and other animals. By using our protocols, you accept 100% full legal and financial responsibility for your dog’s behavior. Paw Minds, its founders, and its affiliates assume absolutely zero liability for any injuries, medical bills, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from your dog's actions or your use/misuse of our educational materials.

4. THE 14-DAY ACTION-BASED GUARANTEE (STRICT COMPLIANCE)

We offer a conditional 14-Day Refund Guarantee. Because our product is a digital system containing proprietary neurological frameworks, refunds are strictly action-based. To qualify for a refund, you must submit unedited video evidence clearly demonstrating you executing our specific protocols (e.g., The Geometry Shield, The First Turn Protocol, or The Settle-Mat System) in a real-world setting. If you request a refund without providing video proof that you actually attempted to execute the system, your request will be categorically denied. This policy is final and non-negotiable to protect against digital theft.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE

All content, including but not limited to The Reactivity Override, The 45-Minute Table Stay Map, The De-Escalation Toolkit, and The Walk-Prep Blueprint, is the exclusive intellectual property of Paw Minds. Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license. You may not share, distribute, rip, or resell our materials. Violators will be prosecuted and permanently banned from the Whop ecosystem.
