By purchasing any digital protocols, toolkits, or accessing our community via Whop, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. THE 14-DAY ACTION-BASED GUARANTEE

(STRICT COMPLIANCE) We offer a conditional 14-Day Refund Guarantee. Because our product is a digital system containing proprietary neurological frameworks, refunds are strictly action-based. To qualify for a refund, you must submit unedited video evidence clearly demonstrating you executing our specific protocols (e.g., The Geometry Shield, The First Turn Protocol, or The Settle-Mat System) in a real-world setting. If you request a refund without providing video proof that you actually attempted to execute the system, your request will be categorically denied. This policy is final and non-negotiable to protect against digital theft.

3. MEDICAL & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Paw Minds provides behavioral and spatial frameworks for dog handlers. We do not provide veterinary medical advice. Handling a highly reactive or aggressive dog carries inherent physical risks, including but not limited to leash burn, falls, and bites. By using our protocols, you assume 100% of the physical and legal liability for your dog's behavior. We are not liable for any injuries, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from your dog's actions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including but not limited to The Reactivity Override, The 45-Minute Table Stay Map, and The De-Escalation Toolkit, is the exclusive intellectual property of Paw Minds. You are granted a single-user license. You may not share, distribute, rip, or resell our materials. Violators will be prosecuted and permanently banned from the Whop ecosystem.
